WINDOW WARRANTY

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON VINYL FRAMES AND SASHES
Advanced Window Systems warrants that the vinyl finish on the windows frames and the sashes will not crack, blister, peel, or discolor (except for normal weathering) under normal use and service for as long as you own your home.

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON GLASS UNIT
All glass is warrantied to be free from defects in material and manufacturing, and free from material obstruction of view caused by film formation and/or dust collection between the interior surface of the glass due to the failure of the seal, under normal use and service, for 50 years from the date of purchase.

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON ACCIDENTAL GLASS BREAKAGE
Replacement glass will be provided free of charge once the product is installed in your home for any broken glass unit in the window for 50 years from the date of installation. (exception: vandalism, acts of god, units with beveled specialty leaded glass, decorative glass or blinds in between the glass.)

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON PARTS AND ACCESSORIES
Accessories and parts affixed to the windows are warrantied to be free from defects in material and manufacturing, under normal use and service. This limited warranty does not apply to any accessories not affixed to the window.

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON LABOR
All installations are warrantied to be free from defects in workmanship. Labor Warranty – All labor necessary to correct any item covered by any portion of the total warranty will be provided at no extra charge by Advanced Window Systems.

TRANSFERABLE
This warranty may be transferred to the Owner’s immediate transferee provided the owner or transferee notifies Advanced Window Systems in writing at the following address, 14 Alcap Ridge, Cromwell, CT 06416, within ninety (90) days of the property’s deed transfer date. The correspondence must include the original Owner’s name and address, and the transferee’s name and phone number.

*This is a non-prorated warranty providing full replacement costs for covered items. It is limited to the home or structure in which the windows were originally installed. Screen repairs, acts of god, and vandalism are not warrantied; additional cost will apply. A service trip cost will be applied to all scheduled service appointments. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. All product warrantees must be registered at advancedwindowsystems.com/warranty-registration/ within thirty (30) days of project completion. Advanced Window Systems reserves the right to change product specifications and warranty without notice.
